Low grain, warm colours, no coating artefacts, good contrast. I like this film very much. It consider it to be a good alternative for Kodak Gold.
Home developed in Bellini’s C41 Monobath chemistry. I like the backing paper. It is coated with a thin black plastic layer. Two odd things: the 120 film does not have any edge marking or numbering and the end tab of the paper should not be folded when taping, since the tape is then not long enough. actually this makes handling of the roll film easier, but it deviates from standard handling.
All in all, I think it is a valuable addition to the small world of colour film manufacturers.
Thanks Nik&Trick for bringing this to Europe!

If you’re looking for a film that captures the “soul” of analog photography without breaking the bank, Lucky SHD 200 is a hidden gem that deserves a spot in your camera bag. This film loves light and shadow. It produces punchy blacks and bright whites, making it an excellent choice for architectural shots or dramatic portraits where you want the subject to pop.

I was very pleased with the colour pallete and its more pastel shades and great whites it also handles shade very well. I think the box speed is pretty accurate and I think it could even go 320 with care, the grain is on a par with Kodak Ultramax I reckon and better than Colorplus. Its a great all rounder, at a good price.
