A new black and white film processing kit from the lovely guys at the BelliniFoto factory in Perugia.
With more an more people getting back into Super 8 and other movie formats the guys thought it would be a good idea to respond with a chemistry set that is designed to allow more people rapid access to process their own movie films, something not previously available to them.
So this chemistry set has been made with that purpose in mind. The formula derived from the Kodak formulation thus, it is of course attuned to Kodak Tri-X, the most readily available film in movie format.
Presented as a one litre kit, other volumes are being considered, being based upon the Kodak Process, it will of course work with other film too
Yield should be 2x 100ft 16mm or six 15m of Super 8
Research into using it with a range of other black and white films will be ongoing at the factory and data released as and when.
In the interim though just bear with us as it is a new product, we do know that it will work with Fomapan R for example, that film will however require a longer bleach time of 6 minutes.
MSDS Datasheet coming imminently!
