Kodak Vision3 500T Motion Picture Film has a protective Remjet coating and cannot be processed in a minilab…
However, these films can be sent to us for proper good and professional developing using this FORM
OR…for those that like to process their own, then these are relatively easy to deal with using the BelliniFoto ECN2 kit
Nothing to worry about whatsoever!
Please be aware that we do NOT physically have the time to push process these films nor do we recommend doing so. If you raise the film speed and send it to us for processing it will be developed as per any other film!!!
Kodak Vision3 250D Motion Picture Film is a lovely film, easy to use ans as Kodak say:
“Move faster on set and pull more detail out in post-production with the increased highlight latitude of VISION3 250D film. With reduced grain in shadows, you can push the boundaries of underexposure and still get outstanding results in the extremes of exposure.”

Given the cost of the film at £6.75 for 30 exposures (equiv to £8.10 per 36 exposure roll), I’m going to first compare it to Gold, Colorplus and Ultramax, in which it is a bit faster than Gold, faster and better looking that colorplus, and while slower than Ultramax it’s got finer grain and is a lot cheaper. Really it’s more comparable to Kodak’s “pro” films, where it’s half the price of Ektar or Portra and I honestly prefer the images coming from this film. Nik and Trick really have the best value for money pre spooled colour film available right now here and I am all for it.
