BelliniFoto Sodium Thiosulphate Pentahydrate is mainly used in photographic formulas to make fixer, economical to use and often referred to as hypo, from the original chemical name, hyposulphite of soda.
This particular variant is Thiosulphate 5 hydrous which is easier to dissolve than the anhydrous version, however, If your formula calls for anhydrous multiply the quantity by 1.6 when using hydrous.
