Pro-Lab Scanning Service for 35mm Films using our wonderfully superb Noritsu HS-1800

Scans off this fantastic piece of equipment are renowned for offering sharp, high resolution jpg or tiff files that will print easliy up to A3 or even larger.

There’s also options to upgrade to scans with a higher pixel count resulting in the ensuing upgade to definition if so desired. (except for Xpan & Panoramic which command a very high resolution already due to their aspect ratio) Tiff files are made to 16bit.

Films must be properly and nicely developed, clean and in good condition. They must be sent to us as whole lengths or cut strips, we cannot offer this service for films that have been cut to individual frames.

We reserve the right to say no…in worst case scenario where we know that good results cannot be achieved. That includes Ilford Phoenix films and in some cases, poor quality hand spooled films….
